At ADJ Products, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day return window to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, clearly marking the RMA number on the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned unit for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
